Dies wird dann die Beschwerde prüfen und die notwendigen Schritte einleiten. Eine Anleitung dazu finden Sie hier.
Das Reklamationsbuch erhalten Sie bei uns. Wir sind verpflichtet, Ihnen dieses auszuhändigen und Ihnen beim Eintragen zu helfen.
