Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking is a joint-protecting cardiovascular training and a soft endurance training. Approximately 85 % of the musculature is involved on Nordic Walking and more than 600 muscles will be activated. It is easy for everyone to optimally dose the physical strain. This sport is regardless of age, gender and stamina and therewith ideal for each woman and each man. And at that it is much fun!
Our trainer shows you all about the equipment, methodology, technique and training. Thereby she will go out with you to see the fantastic nature of Gran Canaria like the dunes of Maspalomas or the mountains of the Baranco de Mogán. So you will get to know and enjoy sure and quick your medical sport and that in your holiday!
